Up Health Travel helps coordinate health-check trips to Manila for Australian travellers. This page explains the scope of the website and the initial enquiry process; your specific booking arrangements must be set out separately before you commit.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry is not a booking or a commitment to pay. Travel, appointments and packages remain subject to availability, provider confirmation and your approval. A written proposal should identify the service scope, coordination fees, supplier prices, payment recipients, inclusions, exclusions and applicable terms.

Medical care is separate

Up Health Travel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, assess clinical suitability, interpret results or make treatment decisions. These responsibilities belong to qualified providers. Your medical consent and confidential clinical conversations are directly with your provider.

Travel bookings and changes

Flights, accommodation, transfers, connectivity and medical appointments may involve separate suppliers and contracts. Before paying, check who is supplying each service, who receives payment, and the rules for changes, cancellations, refunds and extra charges. Do not assume an enquiry reserves services.

Costs, outcomes and support

Prices, availability, savings and medical outcomes are not guaranteed. Follow-up care, extra tests, disruption and extended stays may create additional costs. Travel-support hours and escalation arrangements must be agreed before booking; this is not a 24-hour emergency service.

Your preparation

Discuss the trip with your GP and selected provider. Check current entry requirements and travel advice, confirm the purpose of travel is covered by your insurance, and plan for results and follow-up in Australia. Obtain instructions about preparation and fitness to travel directly from qualified clinicians.
